I guess I like to be able to control what can be controled. I like the
idea of a default deny when it is available to then allow one by one.

As I said, it is stupid and trivial and I was more looking for a feedback
of why this was not the default than anything else.
From the different answers I got, I can see that my idea looks pointless
;-)
