That's not okay ... upgrading the man pages should not bring the Apache
documentation back into by DocumentRoot that I moved elsewhere on a web
server. Same with the icons, which I may have modified to look similar
to the rest of my web site. etcXX.tgz contains the stuff that shouldn't
be touched by upgrades or "make build", so these things are already in
their proper places.
