| Hi, downloaded the patch and compiled it in via make build. I then cp /usr/src to /tmp and run a homebrewed c-program to rename every file containing a 'c' to containing a 'C'. After that i mv'd the tree around. Worked perfectly so far. Now i'm back to regular use of my system. I assumed that this patch would make it into a snapshot sooner or later so i did not apply it immediatly. It would be nice for us regular folks to know 1) If a patch will be in the next snapshot or not. 2) Which part of the source-tree to rebuild if 1) does not apply. This would make testing easier. Alf |
