Default 0514-621 FC adapter message

Hi

On our p520 running AIX 5.2 ML6
p520 is connected SAN swich, 3584(LTO) and DX100 Storage(Quantum)

If I try to run cfgmgr, then we get this message

# cfgmgr -v
****************** no stderr ***********
cfgmgr: 0514-621 WARNING: The following device packages are required for
device support but are not currently installed.
devices.fcp.changer

We installed devices.pci.df1000fa , devices.common.IBM.fc, devices.fcp.disk,
devices.fcp.tape, devices.fcp.disk.array
and installed Atape.9.5.2.0.bin too

However these packages cannot be found on the CD.
What can I do?
Where can I find them?

I hope fast response

Thanks in advance

I had same issue trying to config. a 3583, and if I recall, its a bogus
error - i.e. no such fileset exists. I'm pretty sure (it was a while
back now) we just ignored it and carried on. No ill effects.

Hi,

I have seen this message too and I ignored it. I think it appears if
there are tapes connected to the fibre channel.
