I'm looking for a patch for a sendmail security issue, VU #834865.
Found the info for release 5 but nothing for release 4.3. Never worked
on 4.3 before, is support discontinued for this release?

Yes, support for AIX 4.3 was officially discontinued as of December
2003. The chart below will give you an idea when your recent AIX
revision is expected to expire if it has not already.
