Hi,

I installed Aix5.1 on my 43p-140. during installation I set cultural
convention to en_US, Language to en_US and keyboard to German. This
worked really fine with 4.3.3, but now the local console always uses
the englich keyboard layout, which is quite disturbing. Remote logins
are fine (with German layout) though. smitty -> Environment just gives
me the choices like during installation. Where do I have to set the
keyboard layout?

Just use smit and you'll find it.

I installed several drivers from cd 4
but the german keybord never behaved like one.
Even with the latest ML

Remote works, think I´ll use vt100 then.
