Hello,
I tried a microcode update on my 7044-170, but it failed.
Now i stuck with E080 on the display. I tried the following:

- created the 2 floppies of actual microcode, system won't recover
from any
- formatted a floppy to 1.6 MB renamed sx03232.img to precover.img
and copied onto floppy - no success
- burned an iso9669 CD with precover.img on it - no go

has anyone another idea, to get the machine booting again ?
