| Hi. I'm trying to establish VPN (IPsec tunnel) between AIX 5.3 host and checkpoint. As I didn't find any relevant howto or tutorial on internet, I tried to make something on my own. I've defined policy in xml file, imported it with ikedb command, and started ipsec subsystem services. I've also enabled logging via syslog, but I get no messages when connection is initiated from checkpoint. Connection stil can be established, but it is unprotected (keys are not exchanged, no AH and ESP...). I'm obviously missing some steps. Any hints, links, sample xml file...?
