| Hi all- Well, I'm at wits end on getting a working C++ compiler on AIX 5.3. I'm trying to get 3.4.4 built and installed correctly but all my variations of configuration switches has resulted in nothing. If anyone has a > 3.4.3 g++, I'd love to know what you did to get it built and installed (I'll just take the switches if necessary). Thanks. |

I wonder if You read the two weeks old thread on this? Did You try the environment variables for using bash during the configure? unfortunately, I currently can't continue the work on compiling it at the moment, the power consumption of my H70 is a crucial part of why I bought some candles on Saturday Please read through the thread and then came back with the specific errors You see.
