bos.adt.libm.5.3.0.0 ??

Hi,

I want to install xlC to my system but this compiler requires me to
install bos.adt.libm.5.3.0.0

I have issued following command:

# suma -x -a Action=Download -a RqType=Fileset -a RqName=bos.adt.libm
-a RqLevel=5.3.0.0 -a FilterSysFile=/dev/null

but I get an error message saying that this installp image not found.
But it must be in suma right? Since it is a prerequisite. By the way I
have searched IBM Fix Central and it has found 5.3.0.1 but even this
requires 5.3.0.0 as usual.

Is there a way that I can install this without having IBM AIX
installation CD sets since they are now at my office which I can't be
there now?

Maybe I should install a NIM or NIMOL server so I can donwload them
even if I don't have CD sets. But this is not an option for me now.
