Hello everyone:
Does ANYONE know if the Cisco VPN software client will run
successfully on AIX (any version)? It does run on linux and windows but
NO ONE can confirm to me about aix. ANYONE KNOW for sure?

I don't know, but if you provide more information someone might be
able to answer. First, do you have the source code or a build for
AIX? Second, does the software use only the POSIX API?

I should say that if you can't get cisco to tell you whether it'll
run on AIX, there's a good chance they haven't tested it.

The only source I've seen to do this builds a linux kernel module.
This wouldn't work under AIX. I'll have to check with our comm folks
if there is indeed an AIX port of the code.
