Default Concurrent IO and database corruption ...

Hello all,

I have read some white papers about IO performances using concurrent IO
mode in AIX V5.2.

http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/aix/whi...b_perf_aix.pdf

It seems really good, show that using CIO results in performances
comparable to the use of raw logical volumes, but I heard that:
in some case you can experience a database corruption (with DB2)

anyone is using CIO in the real life ????

any comments, gotchas ??????
