DVD-RAM very slow

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I got a DVD-RAM drive, 7210 model 025 in my p650 server. but it si SO slow
when trying to read/copy from the DVD onto the server.
Does anyone know if there is a way to speed up the DVD ????
