 Error code 9411 on panel of IBM model 275 workstation We reset the service processor to remove this error code from the control panel but this is a temporary solution. Changing the service processor board and the mother board did not work. The latest microcode has been applied as well. I suspect it's the graphics card, a model GXT6500P. Anyone out there had experience resolving this? It has affected 7 of our stations so far.      |
