Default /etc/qconfig limits?

Is there any limit (maximum) to the number of queues that
can be defied/entered in /etc/qconfig? Currently I have a
few hundred and I'm wondering if that's too many.

Default Re: /etc/qconfig limits?

Some of my clients have more than 1500 queues (top is actually
1800).

The main problem is the slowness of any configuration command
(add/remove/update/list print queues).
