Default Hardware flow control

I have RTS hardware flow control enabled. But I still get OVERRUN
errors running @ 230K bps. The data symptom is bytes are getting
dropped.

Have anyone had similar problems?

I verified the RTS hardware flow control is enabled by the stty-cxma
command, where ctspace and rtspace are enabled.

TIA!
