| I've set them up in our DC, it's quite simple and can be set up in service focal point, just provide the SMTP server and the email addresses you'd like to have the messages sent to. Realize though that it's all-or-nothing, and typically I only have "call home" messages sent to our operations staff, as awareness for when they get a call from IBM. | Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I have noticed its "All or Nothing". How did you set up your 'Call Home' ? What does that do? Does it automatically call IBM?
