How much memory used by the operating system ? How to check ?

Due to I need to check the total memory requirement for AIX 5.2.

"Represents the memory requirements for one copy of your
operating system shared in memory by all users, plus a
certain percentage of physical memory to allow for
operating system buffers; typically, the percentage is
10%-15%."
