Has anyone done a silent install of IHS 6.1?

Per the doc, you run the command:

install -options myoptionsfile.txt -silent

It doesn't do anything. So I assume there's an error somewhere. In
the optionsfile, there is this comment:

# TROUBLE SHOOTING TIP
#
# If no signs of an install are visible, reference the temporary log
file (temporary_ihsv7_install.log)
# in the user's temporary directory for signs of cause.

But I have been unable to find an installation log file anywhere on
the server. Has anyone ever seen one?
