Which file I should look for the following information?

maxage
minlen
minother

I was trying to look for /etc/usr/security but couldn't find the a file
under the name.

I am just going to take a shot in the dark, but are you talking about the
/etc/security/limits file?

Your shot in the dark missed :-) It's the /etc/security/user file.
