Default Multicast crosstalk

I am running AIX 5.2 on a pair of p690's. I will refer to them as Server A
and Server B. If I send a multicast from Server A to group 224.0.5.10 port
5001 and on Server B I have two multicast groups say 224.0.5.10 and
224.0.10.5...and they are both listening on port 5001....Both multicast
groups see the information transmitted to 5001 on Server B, but Server A is
only sending to group 224.0.5.10. Does that make since?

Seems like AIX is not looking into the packet to see the multicast group,
but just the port. Anyone seen this? I have tried the same thing on
Solaris and I do not get the cosstalk.

Any help is appreciated.
