my 7043-140 hangs

Hello, I need some help with a 7043 machine.
It worked very well for years and now it hangs during the startup.
The 3 digit display says "F1D" and the boot stops. No sms console
displayed, neither by graphics nor by serial console.

The service manual says nothing about this code. Someone knows have an
idea of what is the problem?
