Default Need Old Drivers (or path to them)

I know I've thrown out the CD's that had these on them, and I have reviewed
the install media from 433 all the way through 5.3, and I just don't see
them. They're for the older IBM 6227 (A.K.A. Emulex LP7000) cards. I have
even tried downloading the drivers from Emulex, which still didn't give me
any available fchan devices. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I
don't mind back-dating my OS to as far back as 4.3.3 for this.
Thanks much in advance.

This redbook - SA23-2550-06 - describes the installation of your hba.
BTW :You need the following driver which SHOULD be on AIX Installation CD.

From the redbook:

Gigabit Fibre Channel PCI Adapter (FC 6227, Type 4-S) devices.pci.df1000f7

So check if the software is installed with

lslpp -l devices.pci.df1000f7\*

If not install it. ( installp or cfgmgr -i )

So check if you have got a fcsX device with:

lscfg -vpl fcs\*

If not run cfgmgr -v and redo the lscfg

Well, I have a pair of LP7000's in my S80, and Emulex wouldn't supply
me with drivers for those cards because they are no longer supported on
433. I ended up using the IBM FCS driver that Hans-Joachim is
referring too. It worked well, considering my environment is no longer
supported.
