Default need samba for aix 4.2.1...what's easiest way to install?

hello,
I got called not too long ago to install samba on an aix 4.2.1
From doing a bit of research, I notice this is an old system.

I tried going to samba.org and looking for old binaries, but it points
you to a website called www.bullfreeware.com, but the oldest packages
they have are for 4.3.3

So, will packages for 4.3.3 install on a 4.2.1 box?
Does samba come installed on the old aix systems? Or is it available
from the system CD's?

I'm not too keen on compiling samba on this machine, it's been working
as a dedicted RIP for a high-end printer for some years now. I really
don't want to start messing with installing libraries and that sort of
stuff. I just want to see if I can get a samba package I can install on
this box without too much trouble. As soon as I can get samba to run,
configuring the smb.conf file is the easy part!

thanks,

Oskar

Links to old samba packages would be greatly appreciated!!
