 ntop for AIX 4.3.3? Does anyone have ntop working in AIX 4.3.3?? I'm trying the Group Bull version 1.3 and have problems because it expects a particular version of OpenSSL to be installed. The prerequisite version of OpenSLL isn't available on the Group Bull server anymore. Problem is with all the other versions of OpenSSL on Group Bull is that it doesn't have the required libcrypto.so that the ntop needs. Plus I've found a few threads in that if a program was linked with one version of OpenSSL then you will have problems if you don't use the same version that was linked. I've tried building OpenSSL anyway and can't get the shared library to build. So, I've resorted to building various versions of ntop manually without success. The 1.3.1 version get's caught in trying to build the plugins. I've had to remove the link flags and it still has problems. There isn't an option in configure to keep the plugins from being built. 2.2 and 2.2c of ntop have more than a few problems. I'm using all the prereq's that ntop requires. So does anyone have ntop working on 4.3.3? Can you share what you had to do to get it to work? Thanks in advance      |
