Hello,

sorry for posting this here but I wasn't able to find a better fitting NG
for such a question.

Which OSes can installed on a H50 with SSA expansions?

I guess it's AIX only, how much approx. would a license cost for a
4-way H50?

AIX only. I don't think Linux has any device driver for the SSA stuff.

Not sure. You'd have to ask your authorized IBM reseller for that, since
it varies and licensing terms sometimes changes.

I would guess at least several thousand U.S. Dollars or equivalent?

Good news is, the H50 is still supported by AIX 5.3 (current version).

So, yes, it is still orderable for AIX and a license.
