| Hi Gaby, I have seen this type of behavior when we have more than 2 disks in the system. Usely, what happen is the wrong identification of the disk when you enter in Maintenance Mode. Ex: hdisk0 other VG hdisk1 rootvg hdisk2 rootvg Look for disks selection. I do not remember when you can do this, but it is the second or thid screen after you enter into Maintenance Mode.
