Hello all,

we are maintaining a 32 proc. regatta (p690) with an older style of I/O
drawer. The OS is AIX 5.2

The rootvg is laid out on 2 X 18GB disks. I was wondering what is the maximum
capacity and the RPMs of the disks that we could use for rootvg. The I/O
drawer is populated with 16 hdisks (2X18GB for rootvg and 14X70GB with oter
vgs).

Has anyone have any experience with attaching a regatta to a TP9500 RAID? This
is very similar to a FAStT900. We are planning to use 2X2Gb/sec FC
connections.

IBM sells 73GB 15kRPM disks.
