RRDtool is strictly a data-handling and grahing tool. It doesn't care whether it handles cpu load or number of door knobs. For performance monitoring - you didn't state what you actually want to monitor, so i just assume - try this: http://www.google.com/search?q=nmon (Hint: First hit) For more general system monitoring, try nagios, cacti, bb4, etc, or commercial software like OpenView, Tivoli, Patrol, Unicenter, etc. Regards, Frank |
