ru.ru_inblock and ru.ru_oublock on AIX

Hi,
The process read ops(ru.ru_inblock) and writeops (ru.ru_oublock) are
always reported as zero on AIX platforms.I am using the procsinfo()
call and rusage structure to get these values.

Does anyone know why these values are always zero?

Do we need to apply any patch to get the values for these fields.
