I'm not familiar with SVC but have AIX/Shark stuff and have run SDD in
both HACMP clusters as well as standalone, and done SDD upgrades.

Two tips:

1. Read the SDD release notes for the version you're thinking of
upgrading to completely in case there's special caveats listed.

2. Follow the upgrade instructions to the letter.

If you do both, you'll likely be fine.

if your staying with sdd drivers and applying the latest version it
will not require a reboot. you just have to be cognizant of what os
version your running so that you download the correct drivers.

Thanks for the Info , It looks like for our enterprise (SVC 2145) we are
going to need the 1.6.1.X SDD Driver and the 1.0.0.6 Host Attachment
script.
