Any input > would be useful as to procedures. I'm not familiar with SVC but have AIX/Shark stuff and have run SDD in both HACMP clusters as well as standalone, and done SDD upgrades. Two tips: 1. Read the SDD release notes for the version you're thinking of upgrading to completely in case there's special caveats listed. 2. Follow the upgrade instructions to the letter. | if your staying with sdd drivers and applying the latest version it will not require a reboot. you just have to be cognizant of what os version your running so that you download the correct drivers.
