IBM's 'AIXLink/X.25' program product provides an NPI API
and x.25 device drivers for a few AIX adapters. Search
on 'AIXLink/X.25' at http://www.ibm.com for more details.
The IBM AIXLink/X.25 product contains AIX installp images like:
sx25.rte
sx25.adt.npi

Is the "Bull X-25" a different X.25 implementation or
maybe a re-packaging of the sx25.* filesets? If the latter,
then you want to start with:
lslpp -f sx25.adt.npi
