| Hi, First of all sorry for my English, i'm not a native English speaker. I've recentlly bought a RS/6000 7043 43p-140 computer. I'd like to install the operating system, but the install procedure hangs because the paralell and internal scsi host adapter uses same as interrupt line. So, I'd like to change the irq number of one of tehese devices. I use serial console, and i can't change irq with builtin manager softwares. I access this manager software by pressing 1 key when i get the keyboard message of the POST. I have googled on the internet for some openfirware solution, but i was unsuccesfully. If You know a working method for above described problem please share me. Best regards, Meng |

AIX will configure the machine automagically. -- Uli (Reply to ulrich <dot> link <domain-delimiter> epost <dot> de) |
