Default strnlen - will it ever be fixed?

As I checked google, everyone knows that strnlen of AIX libc is broken.
What do you think, will it ever be fixed?
Or this is just a sign that we should move to GNU/linux instead?

Well this definitely looks like a bug - have you reported it to IBM?
