SUMMARY: Booting F50 from CD for 4.3.x->5.x Upgrade

It turns out my problem was not the CD-ROM or its firmware, and also
not the F50's own firmware. In fact, the F50 has an unsupported
graphics adaptor. Once we put an ascii terminal on the system, the
system booted and the upgrade went pretty much as expected.
