Update the SPOT to match the mksysb level

Greetings,

I am a solaris sysadmin and now I have to do AIX work, never
done it before.
First thing, I needed to recover a system from mksysb. It
seems easy enogh.
However NIM gives me this error
Update the SPOT to match the mksysb level
So I find IBM IY48043. They seem to have a fix for it.
First the oslevel is the client or the master?
Second how do you apply these APARS.
