Default user get qdaemon message on there console

hi

i'm working on AIX 4.3.3 and my users how work on vt get all the
qdaemon message on there console.

i've been defined swcons redirect to /cons/console and the users still
get qdaemon error messages

how to stop that no user will get this messages ????

its very urgent

I saved a document from IBM back from September 1999 with these suggestions.
Since the document is old these instructions may be obsolete:

1. Queue print jobs with lp -m so the messages go to user mail instead of
their screen
2. Users perform "mesg -n" to prevent non-root users from writing to their
screen
3. Use lsvirprt to alter the "si" attribute of the virtual printer to alter
the destination of the messages
