Default current: load average of idle system (PPC)

Hello!

I have upgraded my 4.2 to current in order to correct clock rate
issue. After upgrade, I have noticed that fan is spinning all the time
above normal. Short investigation shows that there is strange load of
idle machine. First, I have killed almost everything but my SSH
session. There should be no load in userland:

How can I track the source of this problem? Again, could it be
platform-specific?
