Default Misstatement in uvm(9)

This diff fixes a misstatement in the uvm man page's description of
uvm_pagealloc. The man page currently claims that "Only one of off and
uobj can be non NULL." but the code is pretty clear:
KASSERT(obj == NULL || anon == NULL);
