I have upgraded this system to -current over Friday. After 3 or 4 reboots, I can get ntpd synchronized. However, polling interval does not go above 64. This is because frequency is constantly drifting (-135 to -175 over weekend). I am not sure what is the reason of this drift (hw or sw). Anyway, it's much better than it was with Mac OS X. There was no synchronisation at all Thank you very much! -- Dmitry Ivanov Network engineer SIA Telecentrs Riga, Latvia dimss@telecentrs.lv (+371) 67160235 |
