It is not the place for elementary questions. See www.openbsd.org/mail.html where you will find out that tech@ is listed as a developers' list and that misc@ is the list to use for most questions. Note also the helpful links to how to do research and how to provide the info necessary to get answers. If you follow the advice there, the lists and you will both be happier.
