Tuner card.

Dear Sir,

I recently purchased a Tevion Xpert TV7134 tuner card from Aldi in UK.

I am using Windows XP professional and I am getting error message saying:
hontech.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for any incovenience
caused etc,
please tell Microsoft.

I do not feel I should need to do this has it states on the box WindowsXP
compatible.

CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM. Thankyou.
