Mr. Macon currently promotes himself as an "Electrical Engineer"
even though he lacks the education, experience, and most
importantly, the State Certification. Mr. Macon's apparent
misrepresentation is a prima facie violation of the California
Professional Engineers Act http://www.dca.ca.gov/pels/e_plppe.htm,
not to mention prima facie fraud, if he accepts any money from an
employer under the guise of being an "Electrical Engineer."

Employers hiring Mr. Macon should know that he is not insurable as
an "Electrical Engineer" and should there be a failure in any
project involving public damages, you may be prima facie liable
under the terms of California Law. Your insurance may not cover
damages incurred where Mr. Macon is given any degree of
responsibility.

Furthermore, any project undertaken where Mr. Macon is
misrepresented as an "Electrical Engineer" could possibly open you
up to charges of fraud as well.

As well, a quick perusal of usenet newsgroups will inform you that
Mr. Macon has a long history of not being able to get along with
people. He irritates everyone he comes into contact with, primarily
because he is wrong about most technical issues, and he will not
stand corrected. Everyone who disputes his misinformation is
labeled a "troll" by Mr. Macon and their reputations are attacked.
