| Well, I am not a linux expert at all, and I have never submitted a bug, so I am not sure.... I use Slackware 10.1. There is aspell-0.60, and aspell-en-0.60. English works. But French (from extra) doesn't. And I saw that French is 0.50 (and other languages too). Aspell-en puts the files in /usr/lib/aspell-0.60 while aspell-fr puts them in /usr/lib/aspell. I tried to move them to /usr/lib/aspell-0.60 and spell check works. |

I have the exact same problem with the French aspell dictionary, and I haven't been able to find a solution (for lack of time). Yes, it's a bug, and something that (I hope) will be corrected in Slackware 10.2 Best Regards, -- U. |
