Default {Commercial} Safesquid Version 4.2.2.RC7 released

Hello friends,

SafeSquid, Linux based Content Filtering Internet Proxy, has
released Version 4.2.2.RC7.There has been enhancements related to
memory management, reporting, logging of IPs along with username,
plug-in for Sawmill Log Analyzer and other minor bug fixes.

Check 'Changelog' on the SafeSquid Forum for details.

They have also started with low cost service plans for those who
would like to deploy SafeSquid, but have technical / time constraints.
Check the 'Download' section for details.

Regards.

Thanks for labeling your post a commercial. You don't say whether it is
open source or not, so I'll assume that it isn't.

I only use open source software. And no cost software.

Once you make software a business, then it always goes closed source
and then you can't trust it. Because the people making it want to
earn money as a first priority. They have become dependent on sales
of the software and technical support for a living.

And the software gets dumbed down and eye-candied out and bloated
for the mass market.

I'll get by just fine without your application. And I'll bet that
I can get the same functionality and open source, for no money,

I'd rather donate money to the people who write the free and open
source software. Doesn't take a lot to inspire them. They are driven
by the love of Linux, not the love of money.
