funny stuff...
well, began like this. upgraded dejavu fonts to 13. 4 mono fonts to wide
apart. like a space or two between every letter. i use kcontrol to
install fonts. well, deinstalled mono fonts, reinstalled all 4 mono from
1.11, works again.
if i use view option in konqueror or irfanview under wine for mono 1.13,
they are ok. but when viewed in kcontrol font installer, or used in x
applications, no workie. can anybody check this against slackware current?
looks to me that this could be a bug for slackware, kde, X or dejavu fonts
