Default devfs build problems

Hi,
I am trying to install devfs on my slackware 10.2 (2.6 kernel); but
when i try to make I get a bunch of errors. I've been searching on the
internet but haven't really found much. Here are the files that I have
been working with...

devfs is no longer supported in 2.6 (finally) A better strategy
is to move away from devfs to sysfs + udev, see:
