| xboard fails complaining of helvetica font on zenwalk 4.0 I cant find anywhere, even after installing core web fonts from http://users.zenwalk.org/packages ebaord wants gtk 1.2 and I have 2.2 so wont com[pile grr!!! |

There is a lot of application using gtk1, so why ZenRun do not include it like Slackware do ? Maybe ZenWalk should be a very nice sensasoriel experience learning us how to fight again stress using an other os, but just this kind of matter are for me untolerable. sorry to cannot help you \o_ |

It may bee missing in your /etc/fonts/fonts.conf Check if you have one of these lines in your fonts.conf (or both): <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi/</dir> <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/</dir> -- Software is not manufactured, it is something you write and publish. Keep Europe free from software patents, we do not want censorship by patent law on written works. |
