Hi there,

Just set up a 9.1 and still noticed that the KAddressbook app doesn't
display the search button when I set up a connection to an LDAP server.

It seems that the LDAP KIOSlave is missing in kdebase, but I'd like to
know if there's a way to add this lib to my existing kde install (3.1.4)
without recompiling the kdebase.

If someone has any information, thanks in advance,

Information like.....ask this in a more specific group, say oriented toward
KDE/window managers/etc?

Yes but this is not a group oriented towards pgp and yet you seem
to start your postings off with it. And for no reason. There is
no reason for you to include pgp trash in this posting. If you
wish to use pgp indiscriminately take it over to a pgp group.

kdebase with or without LDAP support ?
