You have the dvd+rw-tools package installed If so then go get libdvdnav libdvdcss libdvdread from here and install 'em http://www.linuxpackages.net Fire up Xine or Mplayer and see what you can do :-) wifi ? depends on various things including havng the right kernel module loaded. What kind of built in wifi have you got? Make, model number? (of the laptop AND the peripherals you're having trouble with ...)
